Very conveniently located by the main train station in Florence. The reception is at the top floor.
The entrance to this boutique hotel is nondescriptive. Look out for the door/building number. Ring the bell for the hotel staff to unlock the entrance door and walk up the stairs to check-in.
Luggage can be stored on site for self-pick up, if leave early and pick up luggage later.

Great property, 5 minute walk from the train station which was extremely convenient. Located in a historic older building, I believe 160 years old. All the staff that we interacted with were extremely kind and helpful. Also extremely walkable to all the major sites and experiences that you want to see while in Florence.

Location is good; however, the street is noisy at night & disrupted sleep. The hotel is between other buildings - so limited visibility. Rooms are situated over 4 floors. Beware - if you have large luggage, it’s a hike up the stairs. The Vespa room at the top is VERY small. Photos online did not match expectations on arrival.
