Great location—super close to the train station, yet surprisingly quiet. The air conditioning works great!
Staff are really sweet and helpful, and you can store your luggage after check-out, which was super convenient.
Just a heads-up: they don't provide toothbrushes, toothpaste, or a mini-fridge, but everything else you need is there.
The room looks a bit dated, but it's totally fine.

The location of this hotel was really good. You could just walk out of the hotel and start visiting the beautiful sightseeings of the city.
The staff were friendly.
The air conditioner was the highlight of the room for me in the hot days of August.
The windows were toward the street and therefore it was really noisy also during the night.
I met a cockroach in the shower one day, but I think it was sn occasional experience.

Two brothers running the hotel and they are friendly and service-oriented.
Location very good, walking distance from the main train station and to most of Florence's most popular attractions. Lots of restaurants, mini shops, ice cream shops nearby.
Bed very comfortable (my taste).
Clean in the room and in the modern bathroom.
We could leave our luggage while waiting for our train departure time.
If I really need to wish for anything, that would be extra pillows (for pillow lovers like me) :)

Location, staff was really nice and polite.
Clear places that need cleaning, especially in the bathroom, regarding black spots. Towels were sport towels, which was completely outrageous as it is a one star hotel, and not someone's low quality Airbnb. Our room was right next to the staff room (wall sharing), a senior, which ruined the couple's intimacy. In the room it is said that they have a laundry service, asking staff, it was not available. As we got to the Hotel, we immediately looked into other options, which if booked last minute, would deliver much more quality for a much lower price.
We also asked for a double bed, and were delivered two single beds placed together.
