Plantonia is a well thought out aparthotel with great design, thoughtful touches, and very helpful staff. The location is great for exploring Krakow and easy access to public transportation.
The bakery on the first floor is a nice treat—we got breakfast there several times. I live where there are plenty of vegan bakeries and they can definitely be hit or miss. This vegan bakery was excellent!
The apartment was very comfortable and included several live plants. We had a two bedroom apartment that had two bathrooms. Our unit incorporated nice nightlights, had a reasonably stocked kitchen and even included a laundry basket.
The laundry room onsite is clean, available 24 hours, and free of charge (unless you need to buy detergent). It included 4 washers and 4 dryers.
If I am lucky enough to visit Krasnoyarsk again I will definitely stay at Plantonia.

This hotel is great. The location is brilliant, a nice easy stroll into the centre of Krakow and near to the river and the castle. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and can't do enough for you. The whole hotel felt very clean and calm with very good facilities.

These apartments are spotlessly clean and great value for money. All eco friendly. The staff are helpful and friendly and are available 24 hours. The location is convenient for walking into the old town or the tram stop is just down the road. Breakfast is really good and is brought to your apartment. Vegan food available from reception and the bakery goods are delicious. I can't fault our stay.

I cannot recommend this Aparthotel enough! Plantonia is one of the best (if not the best) place I have stayed. It has 24hrs reception and very kind, friendly and helpful. There is a vegan pantry with all basics to eat/drink at any time. Free coffee/tea and creamers etc. The apartment has everything you could need and more for a stay, especially for families and plenty of space. Location is super - near excellent cafes and food (with plenty of vegan options), near pharmacy, mini market and supermarket, near tram stops to town and right by the river. The laundry facilities were superb!
