Very clean, super charming and very helpful staff

We've stayed in various hotels in city centers in old towns, and this hotel has been our most enjoyable stay! Breakfast was serpme style, not a buffet. We loved the "courtyard" architecture and style. The room was clean, tastefully decorated and the bed was comfortable. The location is ideally situated for arriving by car and is close to attractions. Hela and Fatih were very helpful! They reached out to me before we arrived and gave us directions to their parking lot (a short distance from the hotel). Ali Bey met us and took our bags to the hotel. Hela checked us in, gave us an upgraded room(!) and the WiFi information, and took us to our room. All interactions we had with the staff were positive. They helped to make it a fantastic stay! If we visit Urfa again, we hope to stay there.

The hotel was lovely and the service was outstanding. In the middle of record snowfall, the staff were very willing to help with getting my very heavy suitcase to and from the hotel from the street. Especially of note was the standout service (and English skills) of Hele, who made sure I had all of my questions answered and that I had everything that I needed. She even helped me arrange a taxi driver to take me to Mardin after 2 different buses that I had booked were cancelled. The driver, Omar, was a wonderful driver who got me to my destination safely and efficiently, despite lots of snow and ice.
The hotel location is ideal for exploring, and my room was beautiful, cozy, and well equipped. I highly recommend this hotel!
