A wonderfully restful stay overlooking the stunning Lake Toya. The views from the room were spectacular, and the peaceful surroundings made it easy to disconnect and recharge. The onsen experience was especially relaxing, complemented by attentive service by the staff and management and comfortable facilities. A great place to pause, enjoy nature, and appreciate the slower pace of Hokkaido. We left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
Great bar but Only thing- dining options could be better. But the nearby restaurants made up for that (when they were open)

Divine hotel, fabulous food (go for half board). Lovely lovely staff. Super quiet location. The perfect place to unwind.
