The welcome at the desk was very informative and helpful after a very long day of traveling. Fresh coffee on-site enabled me to start my day feeling blessed. The gym facilities were excellent , with clean towels and water available. The decor inside the lobby area was extremely welcoming and the colors were vibrant. Being a disabled veteran and have traveled the world, the accommodations were above board.

Recently stayed at Aloft Jacksonville for a weekend getaway and had a great experience. The hotel was very clean, modern, and well-managed. You can definitely tell it’s a newer property because everything still feels fresh and well maintained compared to some of the older nearby hotels. Staff was professional, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent stay. Pickup and dropoff by hotel shuttle was availble within miuntes. Courteous and professional staff. Nice and clean room. Great location, with a very wide selection of restaurants close by hotel.
