The hotel Was immaculate the staff always friendly and helpful the rooms are very nice and cleaned daily I can’t wait to come back and will Be for 2 weeks next time Not one would highly recommend this hotel and the grounds are gorgeous

This was our second time staying at Prima Life, and we were even happier than the first! ​The Food Experience: The culinary care here is truly exceptional. While we had a few remarks about the food on our first day, the head chef, Mr. Ibrahim, personally contacted us to hear our feedback and immediately solved everything. Because of his incredible attention and care, the food for the rest of our stay was absolutely outstanding! Every meal had an extremely nice, wide variety of dishes, and the taste was excellent. A special shout out also goes to the awesome pizza served right on the beach. it was absolutely delicious and a daily highlight! Finding a head chef who cares this much about guest satisfaction is rare and deeply appreciated. ​Check-in & Room: Our vacation started seamlessly. We arrived at 11:00 AM, and the check-in was so quick that we were settled into our room in less than an hour. ​Staff & Service: The staff is wonderfully cooperative and attentive. Any time we had a remark or needed something fixed in the room, it was handled immediately. They truly go above and beyond. ​The Sea & Snorkeling: The sea is marvelous and pure. It is honestly one of the absolute best snorkeling spots among all Red Sea hotels. You don't even have to swim out far—the water is so crystal clear that fish swim right around your legs while you are just standing near the shore! ​Overall: We had an extremely happy stay. You don't need to take an expensive boat tour to see amazing marine life; just strap on a snorkel mask, walk straight into the calm water, and you are immediately surrounded by colorful corals and fish. ​Food & Service All-inclusive resort dining can be hit-or-miss, but the culinary team here does an impressive job. The main buffet offers high daily variety, live cooking stations, and fresh options—even for selective eaters. The staff is the resort's biggest asset: from the warm reception team and room attendants to the attentive poolside waiters and high-energy animation team, everyone works hard to ensure you're having a great time. ​Pools & Entertainment Whether you want to relax by the main pool with a drink from the swim-up bar, let the kids ride the water slides, or join in on beach volleyball, there’s always something to keep you entertained without feeling pushed.
