Lovely hotel with breakfast included! A real bonus and great start to the day. We booked a room with a city view and wow what a view. This hotel was perfectly placed for us to use as a base for sight seeing with the subway nearby. Would definitely book again - I wouldn't trawl through other hotels, I'd go straight for it. It had everything we needed. Really nice hotel and great value for money!

I have stayed here before as a budget focused business traveler. know that it is a dual-branded hotel - part is a Springhill Suites and the other part is Townplace Suites, which is supposed to be an "extended stay" type room. As a budget traveler, the price was right, but in my 2, one night stays for work, there is not a lot of my "peers" there which is just an observation. Lots of tourists and families also on a budget.
The floor layout is very tight - tall building and I believe about 12 rooms per floor. They do a good job of maximizing utility inside the rooms - I even had a mini kitchette (Townplace) which I didn't use but kudos for pulling it off in the space - with a mini fridge, dishwasher, cooktop and microwave.
Noise when doors close, people get off elevators, etc is noticable but not terrible. Breakfast can get overrun because it is a pretty tight space.
As long as prices stay as competitive, I would consider staying there again, but if you have a few more $ on your expense account, maybe get something more catering to traditional business users.
