The staff at Ascot House were great. The breakfasts are pretty much set with some exceptions if you don't like something, the chef tries to accommodate when it's possible which is a great thing to be able to offer. The owner June does a great job with keeping Ascot House friendly and accessible to all people. We had a lovely time staying here and visiting York.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay. Room clean, quiet and bed so comfortable, slept very well. All the staff were extremely helpful and kind. Breakfast was delicious, served freshly cooked on piping hot plates. Good parking, perfect location. We would not hesitate to stay again, good old fashioned hospitality thank you for looking after us x
