The room was spotless upon arrival, and the housekeeping team refreshed our towels daily.Every staff member we interacted with was welcoming, especially the front desk agent, Valeria, who gave us an excellent map and restaurant recommendations for the city center. She was very friendly and went above and beyond for our visit. The breakfast buffet offered a great mix of continental options and hot dishes. It gets busy around 9 AM, so go early to beat the crowd.
