Bed was comfortable, shower was awesome and felt like being power washed. Window that opened was excellent.
Unable to control temperature in The room. Was quite hot. Glad we had a window we could open but was still quite warm. When we first arrived, the smell of cleaning products was overwhelming.

Location excellent close to both the main train and bus stations. Also 10-15 min walk to the port.
Aircon didn’t work or it wasn’t switched on. I think the staff were too young to make the decision to switch aircon on. My room was on 5th floor and faced the northwest and was very hot in the afternoon and evening and whilst it was a relief to open the window, being on a main road it was very noisy. I wouldn’t stay there again.
