My stay at Hotel Plaza Colon was everything I expected and even more. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality and professionalism of the staff made us feel welcomed and comfortable throughout our stay. Every team member we encountered was friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our experience memorable.
A special thank-you goes to Daniela Ruiz and Carlos, who truly went above and beyond in assisting us with planning day trips and excursions. Their recommendations, attention to detail, and willingness to help made exploring the area stress-free and enjoyable. Their exceptional customer service added a personal touch that made our trip even more special.
The hotel’s location was another major highlight. It is conveniently within walking distance of shops, local markets, restaurants, and many of Granada’s attractions, making it easy to experience the culture and charm of the city without needing transportation for every outing.
The property itself was comfortable, well-maintained, and offered a relaxing atmosphere after a full day of exploring. Overall, this was an outstanding experience, and I would absolutely return to Hotel Plaza Colon on my next visit to Nicaragua. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and exceptional service.
