Communication with hotel staff was quite different. We never met anyone in person.
However, any questions we had were answered in a promptly manner via WhatsApp and overall and they assayed us to get ground transportation to the airport.

Really easy access into the property
Location is incredible- walking distance to all landmarks (furthest we walked was 30 minutes to Vatican City)
Outdoor light came in during the night which was not ideal and some street noise could be heard

I stayed here for four nights in August and had a very pleasant stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful with everything I needed, both before and during my visit. I was allowed to check in early, which was a huge help and something I really appreciated. The rooms were nice, and the air conditioning worked well. The listing stated that the rooms were soundproof, though I wouldn't quite agree with that; I could hear voices from the room next door and from the street, and sounds from the hallway were clearly audible inside the room. However, the area is very central yet quiet; there was little noise considering Via del Corso is just around the corner. The fridge wasn't very cold, but otherwise, it was a very nice stay.
