Okay, this hotel was one step above a hostel with a private bathroom. It was TINY by modern standards, not much bigger than the bed (we stored our suitcases on the balcony, which wrapped around our corner room).
It was old and quirky BUT it was very clean, the bed was comfortable and everything worked. Staff was helpful and all the guests kind of pulled together to make things work. It was facing a busy street but once the balcony door was closed it was actually quite quiet... even the cathedral bells across the street which chimed the hour were tolerable. Optional breakfast on the rooftop was cheap and had a great view. It was a budget-friendly find, walkable to the main sights and the Plaka.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Elevator was tiny and internet slow - I could not upload/backup my photos. Breakfast was excellent with super view of Acropolis. Room overlooked park and view of acropolis which was excellent.

Perfect location, almost everything was within walking distance. Room has a balcony with a view of the Acropolis and the Metropolitan Cathedral. Breakfast was very good, rooftop has a great view of the Acropolis. Staff was very nice, helpful and accomodating, especially Panagiota, very pleasant, kind, and friendly.
