The room was in the annex and the basement. It was clean and well maintained had tea and coffee. Staff were friendly and helpful and the food was good

The staff were nice. The room was nice however I would say the food is good but overpriced and the bar prices are extremely expensive for a rural bed-and-breakfast, almost 8 pounds for a pint of lager seems excessive.
£14 for a full English breakfast with one egg, one rasher of bacon, and one sausage
But overall, a nice location and a nice little hotel

Very enjoyable stay. Walks on the Downs and the old quaint town sheds ambiance. Breakfast was spectacular and the staff was very good. I would highly recommend this place.
