Great hotel location..good walking distance to the market streets and nearby restaurants. Was offered a free room upgrade as my initial room was not ready. Staff was very friendly ans courteous and provided all the information that I needed to enjoy my stay in Jeju

Great location, and our ocean-view room had an amazing view. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We stayed on the top floor and still had strong water pressure and consistent hot water in the shower.
Free parking is very convenient, with spaces right outside the hotel entrance as well as behind the hotel, all less than a minute away.
We didn’t try the breakfast since the market street is very close by, and there’s a CU convenience store right next door, so food and drinks were easy to find.
The only small downside was the limited power outlets in our bedroom. There was only one available and it was a little loose, so we ended up unplugging the in-room phone to have another outlet for charging our devices.
Overall, a very convenient and pleasant stay!
