If you like or need a firm mattress, this is your hotel! I thought the bed was amazing, pillows too. However, the carpet in the hallway and the walls needed some maintenance. Carpet was stained in the halls and the room walls needed to be painted for scuff marks and water stains. Bathroom and room itself were clean. The hotel does not get many reservations through Expedia and the front desk could not pull up our reservation easily. Took about 10 minutes, but all was well in the end. Good location for walking around and getting to the water front and falls.

Breakfast was delicious but somwwhat limited and mostly korean food. Laundry was convenient but a little expensive (10,000 won). Location is great and near the waterfalls and restaurants. Free parking was very covenient. Hotel is clean but a little dated. Bedding and linen were clean and new. Lota of space for a family of 4 in the family suite.
