After I had booked and paid for my room, I got an email saying that the 'booking cannot be honored' and that I had been moved to a cheaper hotel (see photo of email). I tried to complain, but had no joy. So, after a week, I cancelled and booked again, but they increased the price by 71%, so I only stayed for three nights instead of the five I had originally booked. There was no apology. Anyhow, when I did actually stay at the hotel, it was okay, and the staff seemed nice enough. But obviously I wouldn't recommend it, due to the unprofessional booking experience.
