The property was amazing, for the landscaping to the wildlife. What a great place. The staff was very accommodating and friendly, everyone knew your name and went out of their way to make your stay wonderful.

The room was cleaned every day . The staff did an amazing job. The staff was very friendly and helpful . The only negative I have is the food wasn’t very good and it was over priced.

We had a great stay at the W. It was a beautiful resort with helpful staff. There was some wear and tear on furniture in the room but didn’t impact the stay. It was definitely pricey but paying for the brand. Only thing I wish was that for families traveling the adult only pool is beautiful and we will there were some hours that kids could enjoy the space as well.
