Everything!
I loved everything; the cleaning crew, the cooks, the folks who work at the restaurants, the drivers to picked me up to take me wherever I needed to go...with a smile and positive attitude!

Nice rooms, all the staff was awesome. Excellent for some time off. What you expect of an all inclusive. All restaurants are awesome as well. We just love this beach as well.
There are some small details in the rooms or finishes that maybe lack maintenance, small pieces of the wallpaper hanging, or bad paint jobs staining the carpet or wallpaper. My wife is an interior designer so she noticed all these little things.

The location of the property was great. The beach and swimming in the ocean was magical and our favorite. The monkeys in the trees were amazing at the resort. Staff was so kind and very prompt.
Property really needs updating. The Asian and Italian food were good. Sea food was good. Food overall could improve though.

It is truly disappointing for a five-star hotel with such a well-known name to provide such poor service. I honestly feel like I wasted almost $600 per night.
From the beginning, the service was far below what you would expect from a five-star resort. On many occasions, the staff were sarcastic, unfriendly, and seemed unwilling to help.
The sink in our room was also defective, which eventually caused it to become clogged. This is simply not acceptable for a hotel of this standard.
The restaurant experience was particularly disappointing. Although dinner service officially ended at 9:30 PM, if it was 9:35 PM, the waiters in two cases were already waiting by the door for you to leave. This made us feel extremely unwelcome and rushed.
Even at breakfast, we often had to wait 5–10 minutes just to be seated at a table. Again, this is not what I would expect when paying almost $600 per night for a double room.
Overall, the service and attention to detail were nowhere near the level expected from a five-star hotel. The price might be justified if the experience matched the standard, but unfortunately, it did not. For almost $600 per night, I expected exceptional service, hospitality, and attention to guests—and I was very disappointed.
