The only negative I have to say was that the pool was freezing. I absolutely loved the staff. Breakfast. Parking convenience

The front desk staff were all great. The gentleman in the breakfast room kept things very tidy and the food was well prepared and plentiful. The room was nice and clean. The only negative was a cloudy pool so we did not use it.

Couldn't find anything closer to Newburyport docks, but this turned out to short Uber ride and much nicer, cleaner, than many smaller beach motels or BnBs
