The a/c was off when we arrived, on Friday evening, so the room was sweltering hot. Then, the a/c was not cooling properly, but after a call to the property owner, they changed the unit out quickly and the room was very cool for the rest of our stay for the weekend.

The staff is always very helpful.
This time I didn’t call a head to request a down stairs room. My fault. But, Debbie was able to get me in the room I needed.

The room was clean and spacious. It looked exactly like the pictures. There was a wall mounted fan we didn't expect that was nice for the sleeping noise. The pool was great. The staff was great. The location was great. We will definitely stay there again and refer others.
