Beautiful area in Canareggio. Much nicer and authentic than the other more turistic zones. As anywhere in Venice, rooms are small. Staff was very nice. Its quite a walk from the alilaguna ferry station so travel light or invest in a water taxi transfer to the campo santa Fosca, right at the hotel.
My favorite part of the breakfast was sitting at the charming Campo (piazza) Santa Fosca.
The hotel connects inside with hotel Tintoretto a sister property.

Beautiful canal view room. The family room easily fit our family of 4. Was a nice clean room with air conditioning and comfortable beds. Wish we would have used a porter from the train station because it was tough wheeling our luggage up and over the stairs of bridges on our way to the hotel. On arrival we took the public boat and it took about double the time than just walking like we did on our return. Hotel is in great location for cafes and good restaurants too.

We only stayed one night, but the room was clean, spacious and well appointed for our family of 4. We stayed in a canal view room that had a beautiful terrace. The location was excellent! Check in was easy and informative.
