Responsive communication. Great beds and linens. Clean, nicely decorated. Two bedrooms divided by a kitchen and bath. Quiet. Nearby grocery store. Great restaurants along Miséricorde.
Dark.
I had to pay city tax for a night that my partner did not stay. One pays according to how many people and nights one reserved not how many nights a person actually stayed.

The location was brilliant. Lovely real ale bar very close but noisy or opening too late. Lovely canal views once you were out of the alley the apartment was on. Everything was very clean and beautifully decorated
The apartment was up a side alley on the ground floor, so without the lights on it’s dark inside, plus side it’s really cool, so didn’t need aircon. However there’s no proper extractor fan or good ventilation, so it soon gets damp and clammy. The heated towel rail didn’t work so as there’s no where to hang towels to dry, we had to put up with wet towels for our stay. I contacted the owner about the towel rail, but they didn’t offer to fix the problem, and said if we wanted fresh towels it was extra money. For the cost of the apartment you expect a lot more.
