Great value and hidden location! Just beware of loudness from the drag show below you at the “Palace” that was bumping until at least midnight on a Monday.

Great location if you want to be close to the beach and all the activity in South beach. Comfortable and clean.

I Loved the room size, layout and there was a simple but nice porch with an ocean view. The room was basically clean. We did find numerous long black hairs in the bed.
We did not have much interaction with staff as far as we could tell there was no one in the building. The check in and out is two buildings over.
There is no breakfast at the hotel but there is a nice restaurant on the street.
There was no soap, shampoo or conditioner as in a photo I saw when booking.
No maid service during your stay which is fine with me.
The TV would only work on paid subscriptions. The DirecTV part didn't work.
The giant bathtub in the bathroom seemed a little crazy. It made showering precarious at best and kind of a slipping and falling hazard.
A lot of the furnishings and cabinets were beaten up and some drawers didn't work.
It's nice that they give you 2 beach chairs and an umbrella.
This is not a hotel for a family with children.
There is loud music most of the time you can hear it in the room but for me it was not a problem.
Our room was on the 5th floor.
There was no AC in the elevator or the downstairs entry room to the elevator.
Possibly the worlds slowest elevator.
