We travelled by bike from Copenhagen to Prague and stayed at this hotel on our route. This was my favorite hotel. We were able to check in early and they had a secure spot for bike storage. Our room had a balcony that overlooked the river and it was incredible. We ate dinner at the hotel and it was delicious. Breakfast the next morning was very good as well. The hotel is less that one mile from the bridge into the historic part of Meissen. We spent the afternoon and early evening exploring Meissen before returning to the hotel for a quiet dinner overlooking the Elbe River.

I came across this hidden gem by a total accident while driving across Europe and highly recommend it! The hotel itself is very cute and the most incredible town centre is a 30min picturesque walk away.
