Nice stay close to the centre

I think the property is a great find and in a great location! The facility was very busy upon my arrival. Check-in was delayed by an hour due to the crowd. The room was nice, clean and well appointed, but I had issues with the air-conditioning on two nights. The staff was very apologetic and helpful in obtaining a fan that the air-conditioning was not resolved during my stay.They were very dog friendly and brought dog supplies to the room during the day.

Great location for touring old Evora. Ask the receptionist for info on the two nearby local restaurants.

We arrived at 2 PM. Room was not ready. Check in time was 3 PM. So that was fine.
We came back at 3 PM. They needed more time to clean. Staff asked for my CC. They wrote the information on a piece of paper. NOT ACCEPTABLE!
no towels in the room which is fine, maybe they forgot, but we recived the towels 4 hours later after 3 calls and going down to the front desk once.
Otherwise, the restaurant was great. Their breakfast and set up was the best among the other 10 hotels we stayed.
