Location right by the Chapel of Bones
Staff (Beatriz and Luis) incredibly helpful and knowledgeable with food and attraction recommendations
(if you have wheeled luggage and are coming from the bus or train, consider Uber as the roads are bumpy).
The lounge at the top floor and the terrace are stunning. There is an elevator if needed for suitcases or if you have mobility issues.
24/7 front desk meant you felt safe and taken care of
Wish the dorm room beds had privacy curtains.

Good
The timer for lights in the bathroom is short

It was clean. Good location. Has an elevator as the steps to each floor are steep!
Common spaces closed after 10pm. Not good if you just want to chill and be quiet and not interrupt your roommates. This should be opened 24/7. The kitchen has no oil or salt or pepper so you can’t really cook there even though there’s a stove and microwave and oven.
