The location is amazing, the bus station is only a 20-minute walk, and every major attraction is only 5 minutes up the road. The facilities were lovely, with a cozy lounge area and kitchen. The shared bathroom was spacious and kept clean. I stayed in a female-only dorm, with very comfortable beds (back problems approved). The locker had plenty of space for my backpack and bag. The staff were friendly and helpful, the red haired woman who helped me check in and showed me around was especially kind. She even lent me an umbrella when it started raining. :)
The dorms are very small, so if you're taller it might be a bit awkward to navigate. The shower stalls could also use different curtains, they clung to the shower walls and got water everywhere. There's not much to complain about, to be honest.

It was clean. Good location. Has an elevator as the steps to each floor are steep!
Common spaces closed after 10pm. Not good if you just want to chill and be quiet and not interrupt your roommates. This should be opened 24/7. The kitchen has no oil or salt or pepper so you can’t really cook there even though there’s a stove and microwave and oven.
