Very close to the center of the city

Great location in the center of Évora. Everything is within walking distance. The place was spotless clean and beds super comfy. It doesn’t look like much from the outside but once you walk through the door it feels like you step into a 19th century Portuguese townhouse. Coffee pods were greatly appreciated too!!
Street parking is available up the street. A bit pricey but still less than underground parking.
Communication was clear and easy too.
No onsite presence but the owner is very responsive if you need anything

The location is the best possible. A few minutes walk to square and surrounded by restaurants.
Noise. There are two noise issues.
There is major construction/renovation next door with loud noise during the day. Two of our days were constant jackhammers which made it impossible to stay in room. If you are planning rest or phone use during the day, check the building status before you book .
The other noise challenge are the paper thin walls. If you are unlucky to get a neighbour who talks, snores or is noisy, you will hear it.
