Good communication. Apartment is a walk away from the tourist area, which is what we wanted. There are plenty of restaurants in the area. Apartment was clean. Convenient for our family of four. Very much appreciated getting a late checkout.

We loved the location, which offers easy access to the metro, light rail, bus stations, and major supermarkets. The staff was responsive, and online check-in process a breeze. We also appreciated the split-bathroom layout. Washer was incredibly helpful.
However, the bedrooms are quite small; removing the bulky TV consoles would make a big difference. We also noted a few missing conveniences, such as a microwave and a stovetop vent, and the bathroom could use more counter space. Lastly, the pillows were too flat, and the towel warmer was out of order for half of our stay. Still a good stay overall.

Loved our stay here! Clean and spacious apartment in a walkable location with a 5-minute walk to the Neubaugasse stop made it the perfect stay for us. Would highly reccomend!
