The property was a great location close to the harbour and forest. Set near a river the evenings were perfect sitting out having a drink. The rooms are located away from the restaurant/pub so it is good when she wants to go to bed. Had a really nice day. We will definitely come back.

Lovely setting , good parking , fabulous staff , nice clean room and excellent food . We will definitely return .

Little gem with easy access to Lymington and the new Forrest . The staff were very friendly and helpful the food was good , plenty of off street parking and the property had a unique feel , with the river passing through the property with small bridges passing over the various water ways . Loved it
