The apartment and amenities are very nice and the view of the Matterhorn from the apartment is unforgettable. We have to do the check in at another location and walk a bit with our suit cases to the building, and this was unexpected. The staff at the check in location was OK. The location is at a walking distance from the train station and commerce, which is a plus. The city of Zermatt is beautiful and cozy.

We enjoyed our stay at Apartments Patricia. It was comfortable and convenient to transportation to the mountain, and it has a locked equipment room which was nice for skis and boots. We liked having a the kitchenette to cook some of our food during the week. And, we really enjoyed using the spa/pool at the nearby Alpen Resort & Spa at the discounted rate one day.

This was the best hotel we visited during our trip. The room was well maintained and completely clean. We had a kitchenette which was fully stocked with cooking utensils and appliances like a nespresso machine and toaster. There was no microwave however. The outside terrace had a perfect view of the tip of Matterhorn which made it easy to wake up and enjoy the sunrise on the mountain. I would definitely stay again.
