We loved the SPA and Pool facilities. Our room (family room on two level) has an amazing view of Matterhorn from our balcony- especially at sun rise when it just glowed as if it was made of Gold.
Room itself was large and clean with adequate facilities. Check in was straight forward too.
Zermatt itself is a beautiful ski resort town. The hotel was in a great location near the railway station. The hotel offers a courtesy bus to pick or drop you at the railway station.

Everything was great, Bcz of the lower temp, they don’t have air conditioning but they provided us with fans. Even if we were early, we got our room ready in 10 to 15 mins, staff were very polite and helpful. Food was great. We enjoyed our stay and will recommend to family and friends.

Nice mountain view. Received an upgrade for one of the rooms..which was a nice surprise.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. Our room was beautiful with our balcony looking out towards the Matterhorn.
The staff were so friendly and helpful couldn’t do enough for us.
The pool area was really nice and the pool temperature was lovely.
Would definitely come back to this hotel.
