Check in was simple and communicative, using WhatsApp.
Nicola was friendly, and at the time of check in, met with us and provided a map to show locations in the city to walk.
He also organized a transfer to the airport for a Sunday morning flight. That person showed up at 745am, with a clean, luxury vehicle, and charged us what a taxi would have charged us for the ride.
The apartment was in good shape, and was well appointed, including an impressive bathroom with an excellent shower. Please note that it involves a walk-up, and so may not be great for those with limited mobility.
The location was excellent - within walking distance of all the locations we wanted to attend. We had a dinner at the Michelin-rated restaurant, Sapio, which was a five minute walk away, and made coming home afterwards simple.
