Wonderful service. The crew were always very helpful, friendly and informative. The hotel is safe and secured, and the equipment was very well maintained, cleanliness was exceptionally well!Breakfast was very good as well, lots of vegetarian options and great coffee.
We actually booked twice for our trip since we had a bit of a problem with our flight back home, the stay was incredibly well for the second time as well and we will be back for a third :)
Only one thing you should know - If you’re arriving with two big luggages, I recommend taking a bigger room than economy.
However, it didn’t at all take away from the wonderful experiences we had in Catania and during our stay in the hotel.
Highly recommended!
