Excellent location; very friendly and helpful staff - particularly Elsa and Salvatore, who went the extra mile with our questions and when we had a question over our bar bill.
Following an accident with my husband due to a faulty sun-bed, the life guard was concerned and helpful, bringing ice and checking in on him the rest of the day. Early evening we had a welcome surprise when the barman brought us a bottle of sparkling wine on ice to our room - a very nice gesture.
The pool was wonderful - a lovely large pool with a perfect temperature! I enjoyed being able to walk through a tunnel from the hotel to the sea!
The maids were lovely and friendly and did an excellent job looking after our room.
The sun beds need updating….showing signs of wear and tear and the sun visor kept falling down.
We had toasted sandwiches and a club sandwich which was very disappointing ….the club sandwich (at 14 euros) amounted to one slice of white bread, cut into two triangles with a basic ham & cheese filling and no salad garnish. There was also a limited choice for a lighter lunch …. surprisingly no chicken or tuna salads, or any omelettes. I’m sure the pasta dishes etc were very nice however, but we prefer to have a lighter meal.

The best things about this hotel are its location, breakfast and pool. The hotel is situated on the beachfront. It’s within 5 mins walk from the public beach. It also has its own access to the sea for additional fee. The room was very clean. The staff changed towels everyday. Breakfasts were superb. There’s also an amazing pool with crystal clear water.
The shower cabin was minuscule. My husband barely fitted in. Plus its door wasn’t tight enough so the water leaked out on the floor and we had to clean it every time we used shower. Another thing that I didn’t like was a hairdryer, quite a strange device resembling a vacuum cleaner. It was quite difficult to operate.

It was clean and comfortable, had amenities on site and nearby. The staff were very helpful and accommodating!
There was no clear instructions on how to get to beach and beach was a rocky area.

The location is great, in front of the seaside.
The room was not renovated and nothing worked properly. The door didn’t lock properly and the receptionist had to provide me with a traditional key to avoid me the trouble to remain locked in or out.
