La personne qui gère les appartements est adorable et serviable, répondant aux attentes et demandes.
L’appartement est propre et bien équipé
Mise en avant de la piscine (1ere photo de l’annonce) qui pour moi était un des critères de choix, mais surprise lors de la réception de ma confirmation non annulable, je lis en fin de message que la piscine est fermée à mes dates de location !!!!!

Bardzo pomocna właścicielka - była z nami w stałym kontakcie, kiedy meldowaliśmy się w nocy, a podczas naszego pobytu służyła pomocą i sprawdzała, czy niczego nam nie brakuje. Dodatkowo zostaliśmy pięknie przywitani szampanem. Apartament z balkonem i widokiem na morze był bardzo przestronny i czysty, sprzątany co drugi dzień. Śniadanie było dobre, niczego nam nie brakowało. Spokojna i dosyć cicha okolica i zamknięte osiedle sprawiły, że mogliśmy się w pełni cieszyć naszym pobytem
Duży basen był otwarty tylko pierwszego dnia naszego pobytu. Nie była to wina właścicielki, aczkolwiek zabrakło nam tego udogodnienia i musieliśmy korzystać z małego basenu

Clean and comfortable
We arrived earlier than the permitted check in time. Despite our room being ready the owner would not allow us to access to-the room as there was a problem with the door lock. At check-in time the problem still existed and we endured close to 2 hours of a locksmith banging, bashing and chatting (whilst she hovered), when all we wanted to do was rest. Had she allowed us access when we first arrived we would have done all the things we wanted to do before the locksmith arrived and we would not have endured this significant disturbance.
There are so many cameras in the common areas, felt extremely intrusive. After making the booking there were endless messages from owner with rules, rules and rules. Online check in required passport photo upload and then further needed you to manually enter all passport details. On arrival passport is inspected thoroughly, it made us feel untrustworthy and uncomfortable
