The room was spacious, in the good location, very well equipped. You can reach restaurants, grocery shop in several minutes by foot, loved that the hotel has the partnership with beach clubs. We got a discount! Breakfast stay the same all stay, but are tasty.
The smell in the corridor was like in a nursing home... Would recommend put there a home fragrance or something, to make smell better.

Air conditioning worked great, they upgraded our room to ocean view for free.
Parking was a little challenging getting in and out. Elevator was slow , 15 minute walk to Metro and the one we walked to was closed…took uber and was only $15 euro to downtown . We were on 3rd floor and there was a big party on the roof till midnight. They gave us free parking to make up for the noise. The Provided shampoo/body wash was bad smell.

Very clean and welcoming front desk. Good breakfast options. Location is ok. It looks toward the sea if you are on that side of the hotel.
It’s noisy if you are in a room on the top floor, because there is a rooftop restaurant and bar above you.
The top floor room I was in, below the rooftop restaurant and bar, was super noisy late into the night and from early in the morning as they were setting up for breakfast. The worst noise was the scraping sound of dragging chairs and tables across the tiled floor. This was unpleasant, very loud and woke you up from the time that the team were on breakfast set up early in the morning, and late into the night. Even when you were awake, the scraping noise meant you could never relax in the room.
The single room I had was beautifully clean but very small. With no outdoor space, the room felt closed in and it wasn’t possible to escape the constant chair scraping across the tiled floor noise on the ceiling. That noise didn’t make for a great stay. I’ve never known it in another hotel like this.
A friend who paid the same as I did was given a bigger room with a balcony on a lower (much quieter) floor. They were happy with their room. I overpaid for my experience, and just can’t recommend this hotel as it was a real disappointment.
