Ollen apartments

Very well appointed Clean hotel with small pool and hot tub. Staff is friendly, helpful and warm. This is great for a one or two nights stay at the beginning or end of your journey. Room was efficient and just big enough for three people or if you have two adults and two kids. My husband compared the facility to a courtyard Marriott, but with a little bit more heart and soul :) . Food at hotel restaurant was great as we ate there our last night -chef was amazing and also the breakfast the next morning seemed plentiful.!

Could be tricky getting into the center of Catania without a car as it is a bit far -you are also in a regular neighborhood with just a view of other homes or buildings , so not super inspiring but again great for one or two nights as a homebase.

The staff was really welcoming and helpful. Alessio went the extra mile to accomodate our requests and showed us around. The room was very spacious (2 rooms with a kitchenette) and nice views from the terrace. The room was clean and comfortable. Comfy beds and pillows. The swimming pool is very nice as was the area around the pool. The gym and spa facilities were also very nice. All looks nice, clean and new. Dinner was also good (good variety of pasta and salads). It is only 20 min from the airport but very quiet at night.

The hotel is fantastic, the food is excellent, and the staff exceeds all expectations. There are no words to describe their kindness… perfect, perfect, perfect, and my warmest, highest recommendation.

The staff, at this establishment are so helpful and friendly. From the reception staff, the restaurant’s chef and waitress, to the cleaning crew. We could not have asked for more. They are, what makes this hotel worth it! The cleanliness of everything, a very decent breakfast, both sweet and savoury, a gymnasium and a pool in the summer time, are all wonderful additions. Thank you.

Very frustrating, was not having any hooks or towel racks near the basin or anywhere to hang our towels. Also the sofa was not very comfortable and a few scatter cushions would have made a big difference. Although the location is very peaceful, you need a car to go anywhere.
