Beep Beep is the perfect place to stay overnight while walking the St Francis Way (it’s only half a kilometre off the route and well worth the extra bit of climbing). The views are breathtaking, the setting is incredibly peaceful, and the room is spacious, stylish and has a very comfortable bed. But what made our stay particularly special was the host, Walter, who went out of his way to give us an experience we will always remember - with his interesting conversation and generosity which included a visit to the tiny adjacent church, and rock face with its prehistoric drawings.

Het is geweldig hoe Walter deze toren heeft verbouwd en ingericht in de sfeer van the game of the tronen. Alles is zo goed doordacht en toch passend bij de toren zelf. Walter is heel gastvrij en je voelt je direct thuis op deze plek met het waanzinnige uitzicht. Ik heb vier weken door Italië gewandeld maar niet eerder op zo’n bijzondere plek gelogeerd.
Eigenlijk is de accommodatie perfect. Ik raad iedereen aan om een omweg te maken om hier te slapen. Alle Nederlandse pelgrims moeten maar even een stukje Italiaanse Francesco route doen.

Il titolare e' una persona splendida, disponibilissimo.
Per il resto, non è di sicuro una location che si adatti a persone in viaggio di piacere. , ma più a pellegrini abituati a dormire in mezzo alla natura.
Una struttura immersa nella natura, con la natura all'interno della struttura. detto questo, il proprietario da vero una persona splendida che merita il meglio.
