The property itself is beautiful.
Property management completely awful. They texted us 43 minutes prior to check in and said we would have to wait another hour because the cleaning staff was running behind. We decided to drive over to the property at this time and there was no one there cleaning yet. I was able to see in the windows at the messy beds. However when we arrived the same sheets were left on the bed and you could smell they had not been washed. Good thing they had laundry facility on site and I was able to wash our own sheets. It also states 1 queen bed and 2 twins. However there is only 1-twin bed. The kitchen had crumbs all over, bathroom had hair all over the floor, dirty kids socks found under king bed. Then I asked for a one hour late check out to make up our hour lost and they denied me. They said I would have to pay. What a joke! I feel bad for the owners of this property because like I said the property is a great property but with poor cleanliness, management and customer service. I have stayed in many bookings properties and I have never been treated so poorly or inconvenienced like this. Super sad!
