All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
Parking: There is one indoor covered parking spot, any additional vehicle must park outside in open parking
If any guest at the property will be accompanied by a service animal, we will need to know the work or task the service animal has been trained to perform and for which guest prior to arrival. At no time shall service animals be left alone in the unit.
Guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
Property Damage Insurance: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.

This place is amazing! You get to park in the garage (1car), there is a cart to use to bring your belongings up. Dining table for 6, a reclining loveseat and sofa large TV and fireplace. There is a deck with seating for 5 and very nice views. The en-suite bathroom is large (2 sinks, 2 shower heads), the beds are incredibly comfortable. The other bathroom can be accessed from the hall or second bedroom. The town is small, not a huge selection of places to choose from but you will find what you need. I would definitely come back and recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay. The condo is quiet, and while sitting on the deck you can hear rushing water, so peaceful! I don’t want to leave!

The stay was wonderful!!!! The apartment was beautiful! We enjoyed the fireplace and the beds were nice and cozy. Also, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this location.
