Da localização, tem estacionamento e ótima localização para utilizar o metro, uma vez que levar o carro para o centro de Viena não é aconselhável
Não é não gostar, mas podia ser uma mais valia, ter ferro de engomar

房東聯絡迅速，感謝他讓我們提前約1個小時入住。更在每個床位上放了一顆維也納巧克力表示歡迎。在維也納還能有附停車位的小公寓真的很棒。有冰箱、咖啡機、茶包等小廚房器具...真的很棒！
公寓的隔局及車庫真的很小而迷你。幸好，可以將車停在車庫前方。房間沒有空調，只有一台電風扇，遇到熱浪的維也納，晚上真的很熱～加上床舖很軟，所以很難入睡...＞_＜ 另外，淋浴室稍微有點積水，沒有洗衣服的空間。

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The place is charming, clean, and fully equipped with everything you could need.
The location is excellent, situated in a very quiet neighborhood just a few minutes walk from the Simmering metro station. From there, it took us only about 15 minutes by metro to reach Stephansplatz in the heart of the city.
A huge bonus for us was the free private parking provided in the garage within the inner courtyard, which gave us complete peace of mind. On top of that, our host was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay.
We will definitely choose to stay here again on our next trip to Vienna!

Die Lage ist gut. Die U-Bahn ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Austattung ist gut. In der Küche ist alles da, was man braucht.
Die Unterkunft wurde als Apartment mit einem Schlafzimmer ausgewiesen. es gab aber kein Schlafzimmer separat.
Das Bett stand im Wohnzimmer.
Gebucht haben wir, weil eine Garage inclusive sei. Für die Garage war kein Schlüssel vorhanden !
Erst am Ankunftstag wurden die Maße (Länge und Breite) mitgeteilt ! Nur für Kleinwagen geeignet, wenn man sie
denn hätte nutzen können.
Dreimal wurde wegen der Garage schriftlich nachgefragt - aber keine Antwort !!!
