It was an okay stay. There are things that could have been done better, but it was an okay stay overall. I’d recommend f

I liked how it was in a prime location. Almost everything we needed was accessible and that it was near the Metro Station. I also loved how supportive and receptive the staff was. We requested additional fans, and they immediately gave us the fans. I also like that we have a laundry machine readily available.

There were multiple things that need to be fixed. The shower in our apartment was leaking, the toilet pressure wasn’t strong enough that we needed to flush multiple times. Trash bags weren’t readily available that we had to buy our own.

Misleading listing and very uncomfortable stay

The apartment has a good size and layout, with two bedrooms, a functional kitchen and dining area, and a comfortable bathroom. It felt clean upon arrival, and the flexible self check-in with a key box was very convenient, especially since our flight arrived late. The customer service was extremely responsive and helpful via WhatsApp, even at night. The washing machine was also a useful addition, and the larger bedroom was comfortable.

The apartment does not look as good as in the photos, which seem misleading. On the first night, our children found a large cockroach in the smaller bedroom, making them afraid to sleep there. The bed in that room is extremely uncomfortable and not suitable for sleeping, which makes the apartment unsuitable for four people. Although a thin mattress topper was provided after we complained, it did not help much, and we ended up with poor sleep and severe back pain. The apartment was also sprayed with chemicals after the incident, which was not reassuring with children, and the place was left dirty afterward. The coffee machine did not work despite being reported, and it was never fixed. The street is very noisy at night, and the smaller bedroom is extremely cramped (you cannot even put down your clothes anywhere). Overall, we would not choose this place again and cannot recommend it.
