Check-in with a real person who will show you everything and hand over the keys.
I recommend using the on-site parking for an additional fee. In the city center, you are in the "red zone," where is the cost anyway.
A minor point: the kitchen equipment is basic. I might add a few more items, such as plates and glasses (it might be pushing the limit for a large family).

Good location, new, very clean, all the basics in the kitchen and even laundry are available. Nice host. Overall we love the place, great place to stay.

Everything. Would definitely consider it as my priority for my next visit. It was super clean and quiet. Really exceeded my expectation. The staff(Alyona) was so helpful, understanding, and respectful. Thank you for such an experiment.

Location, checkin staff.
Not as in pictures. Heating not working properly. Cleanliness could be better. Host non-responsive on booking com platform.
