Ich musste zweimal um Zimmerreinigung bitten, obwohl tägliche Reinigung gebucht war.
Am ersten der beiden Tage konnte niemand mehr kommen, da wohl alle um 15 Uhr schon fertig waren. Schade

The air-conditioning was poor. I spoke to the staff about this and they said the controls were 'capped at 20 degrees due to power-saving'. So when we pay for good air-conditioning, we expect it! The temperatures got up to 37 degrees in Budapest during our stay and the air-con was struggling to get it close to 20 degrees. We had to kick off the duvet to try and keep reasonably cool. That should not happen in hotel with air-con.
The mattresses on the beds were too soft. When we arrived I sat on the edge of the bed and was ceremoniously dumped on to the floor(!). I knew then that my back was going to suffer.
The above two issues are why I scored the comfort & sleep quality of the room, low. Such a shame because everything else was just about perfect for us.
I guess anytime out of Summer the air-con would not be an issue!
