Great location, 10 minute walk to the beach and 15 minute walk into the old town. Property was extremely clean and our hosts were amazing.

This is a nice apartment. Host is clearly "green" and you can see that by the paper products and apartment set up. Photos are for the most part accurate. Host was very easy to contact and very friendly. The apartment is spacious and beds are comfortable. Stairs are a bit tricky as there is no handrail only glass enclosure. Note the showers are different. Both are unmounted hand held shower heads, which was a unique experience for us. The location is nice only a 20 minute walk to the old town / Riva. Also there are multiple markets, a drug store, bakery and restaurants all close by. Host recommended street parking for our vehicle, but we chose to use the parking garage at 25 Euro a night for the convenience. The street parking is not reliable if you return late at night. Bonus was that apartment does have a washer and a dryer which is unique as most places don't offer a dryer and only have drying rack. However, host only left one pod for laundry and buying detergent seemed wasteful.
There were no extra pillows and no ironing board. Host suggested I use the iron on the bed, but that was awkward. Also there are no basic kitchen supplies. I think a luxury apartment in this price range could include some basic things for travelers as you shouldn't have to purchase simple things like foil or plastic wrap when you are only there for a day or two.

Das Apartment hat 3 Schlafzimmer. Eins mit Bad en Suite (mit Dusche) . Die anderen zwei Zimmer teilen sich ein Bad mit Badewanne. Unten ist ein weiteres WC. Die Einrichtung ist neu und schaut hochwertig aus. Die Küche ist mit allem eingerichtet, was man braucht. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war unkompliziert und alle Fragen wurden umgehend beantwortet. Alle Geschäfte, die man braucht (Spar, DM) sind direkt in der Nähe. Zu Fuß sind es 15 Minuten in die Altstadt. Ich würde das Apartment wieder buchen. Vielen Dank für den wundervollen Aufenthalt!
An dem Apartment ist absolut nichts auszusetzen. Wenn es Kritikpunkte gibt, dann dass es in der Nähe einer Hauptstraße liegt und es daher nachts und früh morgens etwas lauter werden kann, wenn man gern mit offenen Fenster schläft.
