Appartamento spazioso, comodo e ristrutturato. Fornito di tutto il necessario, in più fette biscottate, marmellata e caffè erano a disposizione. Parcheggio sempre disponibile nel cortile interno
Quadro elettrico collegato alle chiavi, non era possibile prendere qualcosa in macchina senza lasciare tutta la casa al buio. Il check out è autonomo, è necessario avere la tassa di soggiorno precisa
