Great location, close to some iconic sites, but quiet and SO comfortable. Much more of an aparthotel than a hotel, with seamless self-check in and check out instructions. The suite was perfect, one minor exception being a lack of a kitchen drying towel, but all other amenities were excellent. A washing machine (with provided detergent, sigh) and shower room that doubled as an enviable clothes-drying room, were the best. Small apartment fridge and freezer were fantastic, bed was firm but comfortable and two choices of pillows, firm or fluffy, were very welcome. Great AC for the hot September weather.
Very minor inconvenience was that there was no drying towel in the kitchen, so it made drying dishes tricky. But they had a metal drying rack to go over the sink that worked really well as an alternative (so long as you didn’t need the sink).

The space, the amenities and the location were perfect. We would definitely be back and rebook this place. We’ve been to Japan once a year for the past ten years and this has been our favorite place.

Good location
Staff-less. Cramped poorly designed space : 2 large double beds and nowhere to put one’s luggage- space- with a kitchen isle that takes up a lot of room and is probably hardly ever used. I was there with my granddaughter. I guess it’s a good place for a young family with young kids.
