The best of beachfront vacationing! Fully remodeled condo with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Enjoy sunrise views of the beach from the living area and balcony and sunset views from the bedrooms. Beach access is directly across Ocean Shore Blvd from condo building. 2 min walking distance. Use the private beach walkover to access the beach on the “no drive" Ormond Beach.
Collect seashells and view sea life during every beach walk or run. Unit has beach towels, chairs, umbrella, sand toys, football, boogie boards, and kids goggles.
The main bedroom features a king bed with a desk and monitor and a vanity area. The guest room features two twin beds and a desk with a monitor. Enjoy the electric fireplace and telescope in the living room. Each room has a TV. Updated windows, sliding glass door, kitchen with quartz countertop, soft close cabinets, and new appliances.
Fully equipped for meal preparation, including spices, pots, and utensils. Complete dish set, glassware, including wine and cocktail glasses, and flatware and a knife set. Keurig coffee maker. Toaster and toaster oven. Fridge ice-maker. During those relaxation days, watch movies, read books, or play board games already in the unit for guest use.
Condominium is a low rise building with 5 floors. Coin laundry on every floor. Swimming pool, pool bathrooms, dry sauna on ground floor. Individual unit WiFi and premium cable package, building elevator, communal BBQ pit, and car washing station.

We really enjoyed our time in this condo. 3rd floor with balcony view of the ocean on the other side of the road. The condo was clean and had two bathrooms and two bedrooms. Good WiFi and TV. Small but good kitchen except very limited dishes and pots and pans and other kitchen items a cook needs. Generally for a weeks vacation it would not matter but when you have to rent for a month or more cooking becomes more important. The other issue was a lack of storage space which again for a month stay storage is important. The condo has 3 “desks” which take up space where some storage could be. There is a pay washer dryer on the level near the elevator. Nice pool. Again it is a really nice condo and we do recommend it and we would rent it again.
